Terms of service
Version 2 · effective 18 October 2026
These terms are an agreement between you and Yerrata Private Limited (“we”; company details at the foot of this page) for your use of SpeechDance-AudioMode (“the service”): the apps, our servers and this website. You accept them when you redeem an invite or use the service. Our privacy policy explains how we handle personal data.
1. Access
The service is in an early, invite-only stage. An invite code gives you one month of access with a monthly usage limit; access then ends unless it is extended. You must be 18 or older. Keep your account and devices secure; you are responsible for use through them.
2. An early service
Features may be unfinished, change or be withdrawn while the service is in this stage. We may offer the apps as builds not yet signed by Apple or Microsoft; your computer will warn you before opening them. Download them only from your account on speechdance.com.
3. Fees
Access through an invite code is currently free. If we introduce paid plans, prices will be shown before you pay, and nothing will be charged without your agreement.
4. The apps
We give you a personal, non-transferable, revocable right to use the apps for as long as you have access. You may not copy, resell, reverse engineer or work around the apps or their limits, except where the law allows it despite this term. The service and its software remain ours.
5. Your content
What you dictate and the text the service returns are yours. You let us process them only to provide the service, as the privacy policy describes. You are responsible for what you dictate, for having the right to include information about others, and for checking text before you rely on it or send it.
6. AI output
The service uses AI language models to clean up text. AI can mishear, change meaning or produce incorrect text. Review important text before you rely on it or send it.
7. Acceptable use
Do not use the service to:
- break the law, or help anyone else to;
- harm, threaten, harass or deceive others, or impersonate anyone;
- create sexual content involving minors, or content that promotes violence, terrorism or self-harm;
- create malware, or plan attacks on computers, people or infrastructure;
- infringe others’ rights, including copyright and privacy, or send spam;
- get around usage limits or security, overload or attack the service, or resell it.
Do not use the service where Indian or US export or sanctions laws forbid it. We may suspend or end access that breaks these terms; where we reasonably can, we tell you why first.
8. Feedback
If you send us ideas or feedback, we may use them without obligation to you.
9. Ending
You may stop using the service at any time and ask us to delete your account. We may end the service or your access on notice. The parts of these terms on liability, indemnity and law continue after access ends.
10. No warranty
The service is provided “as is” and “as available”, to the extent the law allows. We do not promise it will be uninterrupted, error-free or suitable for a particular purpose.
11. Liability
To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability for all claims relating to the service is limited to the greater of the amount you paid us for it in the three months before the claim and ₹1,000. Nothing in these terms limits liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, or anything else the law does not allow us to limit, or takes away rights you have as a consumer.
12. Indemnity
You will make good our losses arising from what you dictate or send through the service, or from your breach of these terms or the law, except to the extent we caused them.
13. Events beyond our control
We are not responsible for delays or failures caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including outages at AI, hosting or network providers.
14. Changes to these terms
We give notice of material changes by email or on this website before they take effect. If you do not accept a change, you may stop using the service and ask us to delete your account.
15. Disputes and law
Please write to us first at yerrata.pvt.ltd@gmail.com and give us 30 days to try to resolve any dispute; this does not take away any right you have to go to a consumer forum or court. These terms are governed by the laws of India, and, subject to your rights as a consumer, courts at Bengaluru, Karnataka have jurisdiction.
16. General
If any part of these terms is unenforceable, it is read down to the extent needed and the rest continues. Not enforcing a term is not a waiver. These terms and the privacy policy are the whole agreement about the service. We may transfer these terms to a successor business on notice; you may not transfer them. The English text governs.
